I live in Canada (not Alberta) and have recently been approached about investing in this 'land banking' scheme from Walton. I am curious to know about your experience, exactly what type of 'mistakes' are you talking about? Had you utilized their financing (mortgage through Westmount) and the 'bundle' option? Sounds like you may have exited out of this on your own, is that the case? And were then selling your holdings on the secondary market? Any details/feedback you can give me on this will be greatly appreciated - I haven't committed to it yet and have been trying to find some site where individual investors such as yourself relay their experiences with this company and type of investment. Anxiously awaiting your rely, thank you

I am from Hong Kong. From those briefing seminars, they indicated their staff earned a handsome profit this scheme. How about the rest of those investors who subscribed to this scheme? Just wonder anyone really make money from this scheme. Or most of them are still holding their share pending for the windfall?
