Found an interesting blog, Ten Thousand Minutes, from Elizabeth of Washington DC.

In her posting, Split the Difference, she mentioned a friend who emailed privately on happiness, health and success. She was both sad and relieved. Sad that others felt that they had been struggling at the end of the 20s, and relieved that she's not a freak. Her friend pointed out that "we have to learn to be happy with what is in our life as best as we can".

Elizabeth wrote about how many of her "memories are of what has gone wrong", and the bad feelings she felt, the anxious thoughts that had taken over her brain. I can identity with Elizabeth because most of my thoughts and feelings often revolve around what I could have done better in a bad situation.

I hope I can learn from Elizabeth.
