Thursday, after the dialogue, I was asked by Yan Peng to join her today morning in looking after some autistic kids skating at East Coast Park.
So, I had to call in a cab after I couldn't get one off the streets and reached ECP around 945 am. I cycled at the ECP bicycle pathway and followed two kids separately, just in case they fell down or needed assistance. We had lunch at McDonald's and went our own ways.
I took a stroll along the ECP beach, and eventually, came upon the Ski 360 park. As I looked at the people having fun there, I decided to ask about the price, and may be try it out. The second wakeboarding experience was even more comical. I lost my board within the first 2-3 seconds, and until the turn, I was surfing on my stomache. Again, I lost my grip at the turn, and it took me a while to swim to the walkway as I was slightly frightened that I couldn't make it as my muscles were pretty tired.
I sat on the walkway for quite a while catching my breath, and decided not to continue.
All in all, I think my actual wakeboard experience was less than a total of 2 minutes.
I took a cab to town, had a relaxing massage followed by dinner at Esplanade, went to HMV, bought Belinda Carlisle's The Collection album and headed home.
After my last sporting activity , I was surprised to discover that my muscles tire out quickly. So after
