When working in a group, if anyone (in this case, Vivien) makes any suggestion and any other member (Hui Ying) disagrees, Hui Ying should talk directly to Vivien, instead of talking to anyone or everyone else.
The conflict in the recent group counselling assignment, arising from Vivien and Hui Ying's difference in opinion and perception, and led to a heated exchange at the end of the assignment.
In my working life, I'm fortunate (or not) in that I never had to deal with the issue before. Once again, this was covered in Celestine Prophecy (as a matter of exchange of energy) and it only took me a few years to forget what I have learnt from it.
I need to remember what I've learnt. I'm as forgetful as Charlie Gordon.
