I've been following a TV series called Being Erica. It's about a person named Erica Strange, who had a bad day after being dumped by a boyfiend, and ended up in a hospital after getting an allergic reaction from drinking coffee. The premise of Being Erica is that she has a lot of problems that needs to be treated. A therapist visits her and treats her. "What would you do differently?" asked her therapist, and then from our viewpoint, Erica time travels to her past and fixes her problem.
In Season 1 Episode 4, Erica regresses to her past (or gets sent back in time) during a therapy session, and is forced to recite her poetry in a class. Having had the only copy of her lyrics torn up by her lecturer, and pressured to produce, she uses portions of the lyrics of Britney Spear's song as her poem.
