We're given our assignment last week, in our 2nd lesson. It's "Online Relationship".

Today, I've gone to the library and borrowed 3 books:

In our 3rd lesson, we watched the famous scene from When Harry Met Sally, and discussed what turned women on and what turned men on.

Stuff turning men on:

  • attractiveness
  • bright eyes
  • luscious lips
  • big boobs / breasts

Stuff turning women on:

  • six pack
  • muscular
  • tall
  • baby face

We discussed the following attachment styles:

  1. I find it relatively easy to get close to others and am confortable depending on them and having depend on them and having them depend on me. I don't worry about being abandoned or about someone getting close to me.
  2. I am somewhat uncomfortable being close to others; I find it difficult to trust them completely, difficult to allow myself to depend on them. I am nervous when anyone gets too close.
  3. I find that others are reluctant to get as close as I would like. I often worry that my partner doesn't really love me or won't want to stay with me. I want to merge completely with another person, and this desire sometimes scares people away.
We also discussed the pairing of attachment styles, which is good for the other, and which is disastrous.
