A few months ago, I had bought the book, The Instant Millionaire. The Instant Millionaire is all about attitude - if you think you can, you can. If you think you can't, you're usually right.
One of the chapters dealt with how much the reader thinks should be paid. I was trying to sell myself my services today. When asked about the price, I was shocked, since, normally, customers do not ask for price at such an initial stage, I fidgeted, and asked for a lesser amount than I originally thought I would asked for. Damn.
"I spent oh so many nights just feeling sorry for myself... I used to cry... But now I hold my head up high". Apparently, I'm not holding my head high enough.
Anyway, it seems the buyer is interested, and she'll be flying over into Singapore to meet up with me next week, assuming all goes well. Well, if it all goes well, my income is about to reach a new high. :o)
On another front - my investment in ETRADE (NASDAQ:ETFC) is turning out to be the right decision. :o)
