When do you call double accounting a feature? When you are DBS!!!

Comments: When using Internet Banking, if there is an entry that is a consolidation, then at the bottom, the total adds in the consolidated amount, which then amounts to double entry.

Eg, In my debit column, from x to y date, there is a consolidated entry on z date, but at the bottom, the total includes the consolidated entry also... This isn't correct!

Please fix this issue! Contact me for further clarifications if needed.

May we clarify that it is a feature in DBS iBanking to add up all the credit and debit transactions on the Transaction History page. You may want to see this feature as just adding up the amount in the column and not a defect. However, may we assure that your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant department for their continuous improvement.
