I've been kind of working as a "problem troubleshooting facilitator". People ask (sort of) for my help when they have problems. I facilitate the solutions to their problems.

So, I meet all kinds of people. Few days back [time is not accurate, nor important here ;o) ], this person had this problem. She's owed X amount of money. She has provided services to another company, and now, that company is not paying her up due to particular reasons (which are not financially related) She has no proof that she has completed the work that she's been contracted to do. There was no written agreement by said person, issued to the company, about how payment will be made, when it will be made, etc. For other companies she has contracted services to,  she has relied implicitly on the companies to pay her, and these other companies have paid her. X is many times more than the fees paid to a lawyer to draft a legal agreement. Why did she not engage a lawyer to write such a letter in the first place?

I'm interested to solve her problem. So, I've contacted Stefanie, a lawyer, whom I've met 2 months ago when I met up with Arnold and Sarah, in order to refer this contact to her. Let's see what Stefanie says.

Information and social brokerage will be the new tools of the future. I've wiggled myself into the service as an information and social broker, while at the same time, providing services to companies and businesses as IT solutions consultant.

I've also met Steven tonight. Steven had been in the surface mount technology industry for the past 4 years.

There is no way to grow, if you do not find a path for yourself to grow. If you're not growing, consider why. Deal with it.

While writing this post, came across "Asia By Blog" and also about a blog aggregator. Should I write one for the web? After all, I've written a standalone web aggregator. ;o) Something to consider about after 3rd/4th Feb.
