Won... and Lost!

I was asked what to do the other day, when this guy claimed he purchased a Toto ticket which won the first price, and lost the ticket.

He had already made the necessary police reports and wrote to Singapore Pools. So, after receiving some advice from me, he left.

Poor thing...
