Last night, I learnt about the eligibility and criteria necessary to apply for the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.

I've seen two cases of needy families requiring financial assistance, and I advised them to call up Straits Times to ask about the School Pocket Money Fund. I wasn't able to give them the exact name of the fund, but I was able to advise them to call up Straits Times.

Upon reaching home, I searched the Internet, and came across the full name of the fund.

Singapore is experiencing tough times, and so do her people. Needy families need our help.

The following text is taken from the Straits Time's web site.
