Well, my contact in the IT consulting firm I mentioned in my previous post sent me an email.
The school wanted to clarify some items about my proposal. This is really good! I hope their clarification doesn't include lowering my charges. I want to be able to raise all their hopes, clear all their doubts, and hope that they'll approve the project ASAP.
If they approve the project, the IT consulting firm will pay me a quarter of the total charges, as stipulated in my original proposal to them.
We'll meet next Tuesday, after my first visit to Borland Singapore's new office at HarbourFront, where I will listen to John Kaster talk about Borland Delphi 2005.
