Ha ha, got $20 off my monthly broadband subscription

I sent in a termination request for my ISP Broadband account a few weeks ago. And some weeks back, a ISP representative called me, and offered me the contract below.

So if you're a user, and your contract is ending soon, do what I do! Send in a termination request and indicate that the price is too expensive.

Here's the email that I received.

As spoken, I will offer you the 512K Unlimited Recontract plan for your current Broadband account " ______ " . There is a minimum contractual period of 12 months and unlimited usage is charged at $52.50 /month (w/gst). As you are our valued customer, I will waive off the first 3 months subscription fee exclusively for you.

In order to proceed with this recontract package, I would require an authorisation letter from you. Please click on the 'reply' button to email me your authorisation letter. In your email, please include your name, userid and NRIC number.
