Is the Singapore Government broke, cheap or has too much red tape, resulting in complicated, complex procedures?
How else do you explain the fact that the Consulate of Republic of Singapore in New York uses a Hotmail account?
Maybe they need someone like me to help them get their own domain and develop an email server for them.
