I have announced on my business website that I now offer regional support for C# and Delphi projects.

In order to compete against other companies, my charges will be more competitive than theirs.

This is a lesson learnt from Richard Branson. On the brink of being declared bankrupcy, he went ahead and set up Virgin Atlantic Airways. In order to save Virgin Atlantic Airways, and facing an order from his bank to clear his debts or fold up, he persevered and managed to sell off Virgin Music to Thorn EMI for £510M in 1992, and fought off British Airways.
