Singapore Satay Club @ Sembawang

Went to Singapore Satay Club @ Sembawang today. Definitely a disappointment in terms of the sauce.

I had thought that the recipe for the sauce had came from Indonesia and was interested to check it out.

Turns out that the peanut gravy is not as smooth as that in Jakarta. When I was previously in Jakarta, I had eaten satay at several places, and at each place, the peanut gravy served was so smooth that you cannot even bite any pieces of peanuts in the gravy.

As for the satay, it seems to be too sweet. At 50cents per stick, and a minimum order of 20 sticks each, it seems far too expensive.
