Preface: While going through Google Docs, I came across this copy of a letter I wrote to a friend.

An inexplicable set of circumstances brought us together in the counseling course, and yet another set brought us closer together. I bought a copy of this book that you've received, a few months ago, for myself. Nearly a few weeks ago, I've managed to drop a 26-year-old habit away. Whether it was Dr Philip's module, or this particular book that I have read, I have no idea.

The only issue you've raised in Dr Philip's module is your procrastination issue. As we've learnt in the classes, it is not possible and very hard for anyone to change anyone else if the want and need to change did not come from within.

The resources I had at the time of change when I dropped the 26-year-old habit was Dr Philip's classes, and his notes on how to change. You have already attended Dr Philip's classes and you have his notes on how one can change. Thus it is my hope that by providing you with the exact resources that I have, a new copy of the book that I've read, the seed of change for removing procrastination will have been planted in you.
