After today's (14 May) training, I joined my colleague, Calvin and my fellow classmate, Vincent, for a drink at Manchester United. The last time I was here, I was here only with another of my classmate (from another class), Indrani, some time in Oct or Nov last year, talking about another classmate.

Shortly thereafter, we were joined by another colleague, Albert. While chit-chatting away, Calvin mentioned that Leo said to a customer that, that customer was wasting his (Leo's) time. Calvin said that while Leo is technically superior in his knowledge and is a consultant, he shouldn't talk to customers that way. The conversation continued.

In summary, what I learnt is that even when one is armed with superior technical knowledge, not behaving in a harmonious, professional manner and even pressuring customers, can lead one's career easily into a path of jeopardy.

Thus, the culmination of my inner search is to lead myself to trust, enjoy and focus on the power of now, and to become softer in my dealings with people.
