Very often, I find myself having a fear of something. I also find myself wondering how I came to have the skills I have today. Fear of anything is acquired or learnt, either consciously, subconsciously, or unconsciously. By treating every fear as a skill I have learnt, I can then use regression to remove the fear away, since anything that can be learnt, can be unlearnt or forgotten.

To do so, I must simply ask myself, "Let's rediscover this part of myself that I have forgotten, when I was once able to ...". Below are some examples of such a technique:

Let's rediscover this part of myself that I have forgotten, when I was once able to speak to an audience with passion, excitement and interest.

Remember there was a time when I was able to handle snakes calmly?

How did I manage to become so good at <some fear here>? For example, How did I manage to become so good at trembling before an audience? This will allow me to list all the problems I have, and it will then lead to a solution within.
