When it rains, it pours!

I've been sought out for consulting. In the first instance, by a consulting firm based in NY, and a consultant (working for that firm) who, from another country (not the US), made 4 long distance calls to me, and asked me to do consultation over the phone, and name my rates.

I stated my charges as US$500 per hour since I believe, the job will be about 15 minutes , and they've agreed. Let's see whether this picks up. When I can get a consistent consultancy, all I need is work hard for the next 2 to 3 years and I can retire for the rest of my life, or work at a less hectic pace of 1-4 hours a day. Frankly, I doubt retirement suits me much, because I've been known to work up to between 12 to 16 hours a day.

Next, a former business partner, contacted me today by SMS, asking me to do, what appeared to be a follow up to what I did previously. And because the infrastructure has been previously in place, this will be a job that pays $100 for about 10-15 minutes worth of time, straight from my home.

Wah hahahaha!

And that's why I've no time to fix this computer, or blog, Roxanne!
