On a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 x64 machine, ensure that only Java 7 U21 is installed (jre-7u21-windows-x64.exe) and there are no other JREs lying around.

After it is installed, run the command: "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe" --help

How did a large company, such as Oracle, run their Java unit so sloppily??? What happened to their unit testing?
