As a concerned Singaporean, when PM Lee was scheduled to do his National Day Rally yesterday, I sat through the 3 hrs and 15 mins of speech, listening to what he said, in front of the TV.
During his speech, I actually took time to compose an email and respond to what he said in part of his speech.
I sent him an email at 10.30pm, and the return receipt actually came back around 12:08am. Hmm, that indicated that after he finished his National Day Rally, PM Lee actually read his email, just like he said. He also said that being a PM is a 24 by 7 job, so, probably that's no surprise there.
