There are several methods of extracting data from user tables using PDM, Versa or ACL or MS Access but they all revolve around using RFC calls and knowing which tables to extract and the relationships between the tables. This becomes more complex as later SAP versions are involved and if the HR module is running as well.  An understanding of the authorisation object requirements for each tcode is required as well and SU22/SU24 shouldn't be relied upon totally.
