Banned IP range / addresses

My name is Sheryl Daniel and I am currently the abuse administrator for Dialtone I have discovered that our IP 69.0.0.0 is listed within your blacklist, please let us know who the offender is or was, so that we can clear up this issue. Dialtone/Interland works with the anti-spam community to clean up our network and will continue to do so.

We also find the most port scanning and other
exploits coming from the ip address range of
68.0.0.0 - to 69.0.0.0 .

While the criminals abusing these servers may
be third party, many webmasters are blacklisting
this range to better serve real customers.

With 65,535 ports on every machine running tcp/ip,
we find security much easier by blocking 120,000
(local+remote) ports that we do not use. This
has provided much faster service on the ports we
do. No need for port scanners, just close 95%
of all ports and the other 5% perform much better.
Simple but effective.
