In 2005-2006, I suffered from plantar fasciitis, which is the painful non-inflammatiory degeneration of the foot. After waking up early in the morning, the first few steps of the day were painful. I no longer remembered which foot had this issue, but it was most likely my left foot.
The solution I had at that time was to purchase 2ft's orthotics sole. And I experienced relief. This year, sometime in Jul, I purchased a new pair of shoes, and did not transfer the orthotics sole to the new pair of shoes.
And some time last month (shortly before 31 Oct), I began experiencing the symptoms of plantar fasciitis again, this time, on my left foot.
I remembered Mable once had this issue for 3 months, and I sent her for 2 sessions of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT each at $300+), and bought her new shoes ($200-300) with orthotics sole. It's times like this when I'm happy I make enough money to spend it on anything I need.
I've been feeling very tired lately, sleeping early at about 10pm, and then waking up at about 7am
