The day before yesterday, I arranged to purchase a Yamaha C-70 guitar, and yesterday, I got my Yamaha C-70 guitar at Yew Tee MRT, after waiting for more than an hour.

I reached Yew Tee MRT at about 6pm, and started waiting there, since the arrangement was to get the guitar delivered between 6 - 6.30pm. At about 6:35pm, I called up the delivery person, and was told that he'll be 15 minutes late. At 6:51pm, I called again, and was real upset that he'll be late further. So I told him that if he doesn't arrive in 5 minutes, there'll be no deal.

And he replied saying that he's only a delivery man, and subsequently, told me that he has informed his boss and there'll be a discount of $10.

The delivery man finally appeared at the station around 7:05pm, and I checked the guitar very carefully, looking at all angles.

After getting home, I also verified the guitar's serial number, and it was the 98th unit commissioned in 2002, and made in Apr 2004.

So, other than getting my guitar at a good price, it came with a further $10 discount and a bag. ;o) What a great bargain!
