My .Text admin supports FreeTextBox 3

I recently updated my .Text blogging engine to support FreeTextBox 3. The modifications were taken from Mark Pitman's article FireFox, FreeTextBox 2 and .Text.

Here's how it looks.

In addition, I added localization for en-GB, using the .Text localization article described here.

In LoadArchiveCount, I changed the date format to "{1}/{0}/{2}" instead.
