The personality type of a person determines the type of people one is likely to enjoy interacting with, and it is also said that certain personality types are more natural with each other in terms of marriage, and your career choices.

Since around 2002, I've discovered that I'm a person with the personality of an INTP.  INTP is a personality type. There are basically 16 personality types. These are formed from the combination of the following:

  • Extraverted or Introverted
  • Sensing or iNtuitive
  • Thinking or Feeling
  • Judging or Perceiving

For example, I'm said to be

  • independent,
  • unconventional,
  • original,
  • and not likely to place much value on traditional goals such as popularity and security.

When I was a teenager, I would often irritate the hell out of my teachers by correcting their mistakes in school. I spent my free time reading books, hence, my school results were quite stellar, until I found a distraction my lifelong interest - computers, software and everything IT.
