The basic file extension for PowerShell scripts is: .ps1. Writing PowerShell scripts is like writing a Windows batch file, you just start writing what you need. It's possible to access any .NET methods, classes from PowerShell, and extremely easy.
Here's the classical Hello World in PowerShell:
"Hello World"
That's right. There's no echo or println required. One can also do it like:
write-host("Hello World")
A method pointer is now the same as a global procedure, ie, procedure of object = procedure.
