About the author
I started Journeyman Consultancy & Services last year to provide IT consultancy & services in software & security in Singapore (and regionally as well), after having worked at Borland (products acquired by Embarcadero Technologies) and ArcSight (acquired by HP) previously. Hmm, I'm starting to see a theme here - joining companies that eventually get acquired.
My business, Journeyman Consultancy & Services, is being sought out for services in upgrading Delphi projects and ArcSight SIEM consultancy. Recently, I visited a company that has applications that compile in Delphi 5.
My unique skills and experiences in using the predecessor of Delphi, Turbo Pascal, since the mid 80s, and using Delphi since the mid 90s till today, is desired by customers who have projects done in Delphi.
Having worked on countless projects which I can't reveal due to having signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), I am uniquely positioned to assist companies in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, upgrade or migrate their Delphi projects.
And in Singapore, I have worked on projects involving several hundred thousand lines of code (KLOC) as well. In addition, my previous role in Borland Software Corporation gave me the opportunity to work with many customers with projects in Delphi, Java, and C# as well.
So... upgrading Delphi projects, implementing or deploying ArcSight SIEM solutions?
