Disabling User Access Control on Vista

Today, learnt how to disable user access control within Windows Vista.
As I'm currently hosting Vista within a VMWare partition, and wanted to minimized the amount of space used by Vista, I tried to shrink the drive.
However, I couldn't do so.
Eventually, figured out that I had to run VMWareTray and VMWareUser as Administrator. How do I do that? Simple. Right click on the taskbar, and run Task Manager. Then, right click on VMWareTray.exe and VMWareUser.exe respectively, and invoke it's Properties. Then, select Security and click Run as administrator.
