About the author
In the early 90s, I bought a couple of books beginning with the word, “Undocumented”, such as “Undocumented DOS”, “Undocumented Windows”. These books were written by an expert developer, in my opinion, named Andrew Schulman.
Well, it seems like Andrew Schulman has turned into a Software Litigation Consultant. Andrew wrote some articles in the 90s, such as, Examining the Windows AARD Detection Code, however, Geoff Chappell claimed he discovered the code sometime in 1992.
George Chappell then appeared to be consulting for Caldera / Novell. What does he do now? I've no idea.
A method to design records so that they're allocated on a specific byte boundary, such as 16 bytes, 512 bytes, 4096 bytes, etc.
