Software development, deployment and systems integration

Since development of any proper software takes quite some time, taking into account Return On Investment, time and money spent on acquiring software development products and skills, when I'm not actively developing software, I'm either doing business development, systems integration, software deployment, learning some new IT skills, or upgrading and getting my existing IT skills certified or recertified.
It's taken nearly a month for negotiations, but I believe the time I've spent on negotiating with a particular customer (let's call it Parcom) on Windows Clustering, MSSQL Clustering and Network Load Balancing is bearing fruit soon. In addition to preparing the project timeframe, planning the project itself, executing the project (ie, installing Windows, MSSQL Clustering and Network Load Balancing), I'm also responsible to document the project, collect the payment, ensuring customer satisfaction (so I can get repeat business), and providing a software maintenance contract so that I can get a repeatable and steady stream of income.
Parcom has previously bought MSSQL 2000 Standard 1-Processor. It is no longer necessary to have MSSQL 2000 Standard, since MSSQL 2000 Enterprise is required to implement SQL Clustering, I've volunteered to assist them in getting their MSSQL 2000 Standard sold to another party.
Consequently, I'm currently sourcing for a party to purchase their MSSQL 2000 Standard. Microsoft has indicated that they will assist me in transferring the ownership.
