Dan Miser recently wrote an article on "Naming threads", and I came across it today. As I read the article, I remembered having wrote an article and code for the Borland Developer Network about 2 years ago.

So, I set about looking for it, and found the article and the associated code. Then, when I used the Thread Object in the Delphi 2005 IDE to create a thread class, I discovered that the thread object wizard in the Delphi 2005 IDE is actually generating the exact same code I've written 2 years ago.
