What's the single most important web services, remoting feature missing in all major IDEs?
Visual Design, that's what! C#Builder, JBuilder 9, Kylix 3, Visual Studio.NET 2003, Delphi 7, Delphi 8 (tried this for a while, like the 30 days trial), all supports Web Services and remoting.
But, you have to do it programmatically. It's a pain, I tell you. I imagine the day when I can draw a box (representing the web service), add a few attributes (structured, or simple), set a few properties, and publish the web service instantly.
If I can already use C#Builder, and Delphi 8's ECO to design database applications, why can't I use it to design Web Services?
Let's see which company gets there first.
