Recently, someone managed to kill the library upon which Parity multisig wallets rely upon, and as a result, all the Parity multisig wallets were unable to access the ether in their wallets.
Here's the definitive list of addresses of affected Parity wallets and the amount affected.
There were a total of 584 wallets, of which 400+ accounts have zero balance.
