Effective in 24 hours, I'm banning those RSS readers who refreshes too often. Such as every minute, every 10-minute, etc.
I'm not a journalist, a reporter, or a publisher. There's no way I'm writing a post every minute, every 10-minute or something. Hence, it's illogical for people to check my blogs every minute. Yet these people do exists.
The recommended checking / refreshing policy on my blog is once a day. I do not expect to post more than 3 entries every day....
