Danny announces Delphi's "foreach" syntax!

This just in! 2 hours ago, Borland's Chief Scientist, Danny Thorpe, annouces that Diamondback will support the functionality other languages refer to as a “foreach” loop.

Analyzing the syntax Danny has given in his post, both the Win32 and .NET compiler will support enumerating the following:

  1. arrays
  2. sets
  3. strings
  4. Classes that implement IEnumerable or the enumerator pattern.

Another great reason to attend Borcon 2004! Am I winning yet? ;o)
